We have added two additional features to the budget function:

- auto copying to a different budget/forecast type when locking the budget, and;

- an alternate letter format that does not show the full property budget

Auto Copying:

When locking the budget, you now have the option to copy all data across to a different format.  For example, if you have completed a cash budget you can now copy the data across to a cash forecast, accruals budget or an accruals forecast at the same time.

Please note that this will override any data in the other formats if it has been previously started or completed.

Letter Format:

Letters can now be sent showing only tenant specific information, with an option to show the full property budget or not.

When issuing letters, selecting Show Annual Property Budget: Yes will create a statement as per the below:

By selecting Show Annual Property Budget: No, the column with the property figures will be removed:
