A new Property Notes excel report has been added under Management Reports > Excel Reports.
This report mirrors the structure and functionality of the existing Lease Notes excel report but retrieves Property Notes recorded against Property Summary and Manage Property. This report is available for both Trust Accountant and Property Manager users.
This enhancement aims to improve visibility and reporting of property-level reporting within Rex Cirrus8.
How To Generate the Property Notes Excel Report
- Navigate to Management Reports > Excel Report.
- Select the relevant Properties and Reporting Period
- Under Advanced Options, select Property Notes
- Click Generate Report
- Scroll up and click on the .xlsx hyperlink to download the Property Notes excel report.
