Feature Overview
Quick Payments is a new feature available to Trust Accountant users in Cirrus8. Designed to streamline the payment process, Quick Payments enables users to quickly pay outstanding supplier invoices and distribute remaining funds to property owners, all in a few clicks.
This feature is ideal for agencies with simple payment workflows for properties that are not utilising partitioning, looking to save time during payment runs. However, it offers less granular control compared to the standard Create Payments form, making it more suitable for users who prioritise speed over manual review.
Key Features
- Fast Execution: Pay supplier invoices and owner in one streamlined process.
- Rule-Based Payment Logic: System prioritises payments based on account priority, due dates, and available funds.
- Owner Disbursement Automation: Remaining funds are distributed to owners after obligations are met.
- Drill-Down Details: View invoice, fee, and owner payment breakdowns with colour-coded payment indicators.
- Invoice Filtering: Display only invoices due within a configurable time window (e.g. 7, 14, 30, or 60 days).
- Excludes Complex Property Types: Not compatible with partitioned properties or ledgers.
