Admin Portal Overview

The Admin Portal is a Cirrus8 functional application that manages user profiles, user access and configuration of login options.

Admin Portal Prerequisites

To gain access to the Admin Portal, your Cirrus8 user account must be granted ‘Local Admin’ rights. Choosing a user within your Cirrus8 database to have Local Admin rights is an important decision which should be made by an authorised individual within the client organisation, as this user will have the ability to manage and configure users.

How to Access and Navigate the Cirrus8 Admin Portal

1. You can either login to Cirrus8 as normal, click on the Administration menu item (near top right), then menu item ‘Manage User Account’
2. Or, open a browser and type in the URL https://admin.cirrus8.com.au/ 
3. Enter username and password with the Local Admin role.
4. User will be directed to the Admin Portal page.
