View Agent Invoices - Management Fee Invoices

This section allows you to view previously prepared tax invoices/statements produced by RexCirrus8 on behalf of the managing agent. 

This is available for Trust Accountant users and is located under Accounts Payable > View Agent Invoices.

To view generated agent invoices, follow the below steps:

• Type - Select either Single Invoices or Amalgamated Invoices
• Select a Property
• Invoice Number - Optional if known
• Enter search date range
• Click search. This will populate all search results 
• Click view invoice to download a pdf copy of the agent invoice
