CirrusFM+ Maintenance Template

NOTE: Must be an Administrator to add an Template - This is only availble in CirrusFM+

Adding a Template 

As an Administrator, go to 'Administration' and select 'Maintenance Template' then click 'Create New Template'.

By selecting 'Create New Template', this will open up a new pop-up window and you will be prompt you to enter the following:-

• * means this is a mandatory field and must be entered to move onto next step.
• Name* - Enter name of the premises type, such as Retail Centre
• Template Type* - Select the type from the drop down menu
• Description* - Enter a brief description of template, such as Ongoing services 
• Template Services - Add services that is included in the maintenance (see Add Services)

Once the details have been enter, click the 'Submit' button

Add Services

By selecting 'Add Service', this will open up a new pop-up window and you will be prompt you to enter the following:-

• * means this is a mandatory field and must be entered to move onto next step.
• Service* - Select service from the drop down menu
• Description* - Enter a brief description of service
• Frequency* - Select the frequency from the drop down menu
• Set as Compliance Relevance - **Optional** Click swipe bar to set if required

Once the details have been enter, click the 'Add' button
